Excellent service from Ian Gandy who highlighted to me it was possible for me to have a brand new car. He sorted out a magnificent finance package for me which is totally affordable and helped me sort out future servicing, tyre replacement.

Rachel at mini Chelmsford was extremely helpful and made our purchase very easy and also spent a lot of time teaching me and my wife how to use the new functions in the car and set up our mobiles to the car. Over all a greap experience.

The service was completed and the tyres I'd requested prior were changed but additional work that was sent to us to approve, whilst we did approve it, wasn't completed prior to pick up. We also did not get a valuation as requested.
