Reasonably smooth process. The only downside were the regular differences between information from Mini and Group 1. That was confusing and didn't make it as straightforward as it could have been.

I hesitated between 4 and 5 then settled on the 4 because, in addition to the MOT and service, I had the car washed and the inside cleaned but the back shelf and boot weren't cleaned.
