I felt under absolutely no pressure to buy and Charlie was extremely pleasant and helpful , explaining the process and helping me through the various forms and sorting out the transfer of my number plate . He knows his stuff ??

I was told when I could collect I would get a phone call from Beth never received this was told to collect by 5:30 via text message. Even though the clean was free the car itself actually wasn't very clean! Would've liked full video of car

I was told in the showroom this was a main service and the next one isn't due for 2 years. My app tells me this is an interim service. There seems to be confusion + £320 for an interim is far too expensive
