We were dealt with by a lovely man named Charlie Coombes, he always stayed in touch with us to let us know how the car was doing and how long it was going to be to pick it up etc. He made the visit so pleasant. He laughed at my jokes too lol.

I arrived for a 9am MOT appointment and had been told it would be a 90 minute wait so I decided to wait. I noticed that people that came in later were leaving before me. Communication was non existent and I had to ask twice for an update.
