I felt under absolutely no pressure to buy and Charlie was extremely pleasant and helpful , explaining the process and helping me through the various forms and sorting out the transfer of my number plate . He knows his stuff ??

The service was great, but I thought it was included in my mini pack, as it had been with my previous 6 minis. The free clean was very disappointing, but they offered to redo it the next day and it was much better.

Friendly staff. Car was serviced promptly. Comfortable waiting area. Video of the service. Only thing that didn't seem to match up was the early check in online, a phone call pre service and actual check in online the day. My requests not passed on.

The in branch customer service was good. However, it is now really inconvenient to have to travel to Chelmsford to access a Mini dealership following the closure of my local, Bishop's Stortford branch.

No mention of costs before the visit. £345 for an electric car service is much more money than I was lead to believe at the point of purchase. All internet searches were indicating below £200. Your price should be stated upfront at time of booking.

Would have been nice to have an accurate pick up time as we had to wait 40 minutes and we'd been told to come at 5 and it hadn't been done. Also the 'clean' was not great and some of the car had been completely missed.

Informative videos from the mechanic is a good idea, but the average customer will not understand the terminology. Speaking slowly & clearly helps, and pointing to the areas of concern is good practice. Otherwise it's a pointless exercise!

The service was completed and the tyres I'd requested prior were changed but additional work that was sent to us to approve, whilst we did approve it, wasn't completed prior to pick up. We also did not get a valuation as requested.

The service was as expected. Dropped off my car, well-received at the centre, received a video detailing part of the service, then called back once the car was ready. But the car is kept all day and I'm to collect it at 5pm, traffic everywhere.

Door issue treated as technical problem rather than mechanical. My settings were changed and now unable to use the Hey Mini facility. The door issue remains & I have rebooked my car in but have to wait another month due to needing a courtesy car.

It has been a very plesent journey , thie is my 4 th mini but a totaly different experience as i have always driven a manual and now i wish i had changed to an aotamtic as it is wonderful to drive just love it and the young sales staff where so kind
