Natasha was absolutely wonderful on the day of my Mini's service and kept me up to date throughout, I picked up the car a few hours later with the added bonus of it being lovely and clean too.

I find it unacceptable that every time I visit, I am told my warranty cannot be found. I purchased this car directly from Mini Lookers with a 3-year extended warranty (the standard year plus a 2-year extension). It is not my responsibility to prove.
