I provided video evidence of a recognised mini countryman fault. It wasn't fixed as the garage could not replicate the issue (which is intermittent and very unpredictable), after 2 weeks! The car was not clean upon collection despite requesting this.

Mini in for investigation into a rear reversing light failure. Technician footage and report conflicted. No video evidence of area we requested investigation. Car needs to be re-submitted for that to happen. Query if covered under warranty.

My Mini Countryman suddenly developed a software fault, leaving me without a car. As I am a carer for my elderly mum, this was a big problem. A hire car was arranged and Bethany dealt with my car. Organising my service at the same time.

No mention of costs before the visit. £345 for an electric car service is much more money than I was lead to believe at the point of purchase. All internet searches were indicating below £200. Your price should be stated upfront at time of booking.

Would have been nice to have an accurate pick up time as we had to wait 40 minutes and we'd been told to come at 5 and it hadn't been done. Also the 'clean' was not great and some of the car had been completely missed.
