Booking assistant was very helpful as I was transferring from Bishops Stortford Mini. Very friendly staff on arrival in Chelmsford. Shane helped me with the tyre insurance claim. Very speedy tyre replacement. Good contact throughout

I had a problem with drivers assistance settings not configuring . Took to mini and travelled home again after and then picked up again and told all was fixed . So took 4 journies None of it was fixed so had to have it looked at again.

I returned for my car at 11 am and asked to wait, after 45mins I still hadn't beed serviced. The service the service desk assured me the staff were told I was waiting. Within a few mins I paid for/and collect my car. I just seemed to be forgotten.

I find it unacceptable that every time I visit, I am told my warranty cannot be found. I purchased this car directly from Mini Lookers with a 3-year extended warranty (the standard year plus a 2-year extension). It is not my responsibility to prove.
