The purchase was so easy, Britany did everything to make it feel simple and make sure I was happy. She had the car ready outside the centre for when I picked it up. She was excited for me which made me even more excited to get it!

Sales team are brilliant, we arrived to pick up car and my husband noticed it had a red type dust in some areas of the car, it was taken straight to be checked and cleaned again without question.

My Service advisor Natasha was very good indeed, kept me informed all the time of the progress, this was my fourth visit and standards are still very high.

Centre is unable to fix the fault they caused with my car. Instead they now choose to pretend there is no problem. The technician responsible for the problem is now saying everything is fine.

The only minus was that my wing mirror was not sprayed in time and therefore not fitted, despite quoting for the works based on it's health check a number of months prior. However, I appreciate that Natasha let me know about this as early as possible

I was told the car was ready after waiting only an hour and a half. Told 1 hour for MOT. 10 minutes for wash and £355.00 charge for 3 hours labour which could have only taken 20 minutes.

Despite arriving early, my vehicle was booked in immediately. Vehicle was ready & washed ahead of schedule. Would have scored 5 stars if for the lack of care cleaning the vehicle & no inspection video was provided

Car was recalled to fix a fault but when I picked it up all my settings, radio, interior lights, mirrors, display panel and heating/ac had been adjusted. No idea why everything was changed to suit the person working on the vehicle
